Flesh Wounds retitled Bred in the Bone for the US

By way of warning, I’d like to point out that Grove Atlantic have just published “Flesh Wounds” in the US under the different title “Bred in the Bone”. This is because Grove already have a book on their list by that name. This shit doesn’t happen when you call your book “All Fun and Games Until Somebody Loses an Eye”.
I have just learned that Amazon UK are listing this title as the top result if you search for “Brookmyre”, probably because it is the most recently released, but there is no synopsis information or anything else indicating that this is a book readers may already have purchased.
